Under Construction – Vaucluse Residence

Project Profile:

Set on an expansive and privately positioned block in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs, this contemporary residence seeks to be a grounding and secluded escape for it’s occupants. Capitalising on it’s elevated position, stunning water views are captured from all angles of the first floor, while the entertainment quarter remains entirely shielded from neighbouring eyes. Equal emphasis was placed on both interior and exterior elements of the design – to create a home that feels considered within it’s environment, and encourages guests to explore it’s playful footprint.
